We carefully prepare your photos to preserve your pet’s recognizable face, coat, colors and unique features. Because the animation is created from still photographs, small natural variations in movement, expression or lighting may occur.
What photos should I upload?

Upload one to three favorite photos. Choose one clear photo showing your pet’s face, eyes, nose and ears. A full-body photo or another clear angle will also help us preserve their coat, proportions and unique features.

Please contact us within seven days of delivery. One reasonable revision is included and may cover a text correction or minor visual adjustment where possible. A different scene, new concept or replacement set of photos is not considered a revision.

Each animation is designed for one pet so we can preserve their identity as carefully as possible. Please place a separate order for each pet.
Can you use old or blurry photos?
Can you use old or blurry photos?
Yes. Older, scanned and slightly blurry photographs are welcome. We’ll gently restore and prepare them before creating your tribute. Severely blurred, very dark or heavily filtered photos may limit the final result.
