Due to high demand, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customized Orders

As our customized products are made especially for you, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for customization. The exact time required may vary depending on the product and the complexity of your request.

Please note that this customization period is in addition to our standard 1–3 business-day processing time.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 4-9 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment and do not include processing or customization time.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot waive, control, or predict these fees.
