What exactly will I receive?
A physical glass pet portrait personalized from your photo, with the frame you select. Choose classic metal with a hanging chain included, or the premium oak upgrade. This is a keepsake for your home—not a digital download.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with your pet’s face, eyes and ears clearly visible. A photo taken at their eye level works well. Avoid heavy filters, deep shadows and blurry screenshots. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Can I see an artwork preview?
We don’t currently provide artwork previews. Please choose your photo carefully and review your frame choice and order details before checkout. If you have questions about a photo, contact us before you order.
What size is my Pawframe?
Classic Metal measures 20 × 20 cm (approximately 7.9 × 7.9 in). Premium Oak measures 22.5 × 22.5 cm overall, including the frame (approximately 8.9 × 8.9 in), and has a more substantial frame profile. Any oak upgrade charge is shown when you choose your frame, before adding to cart.
Can I give Pawframe as a gift?
Yes—a portrait made from a favorite pet photo is a personal gift for someone who loves their pet. You’ll need a clear photo to place the order. If you need it for a particular date, check with us before ordering.
When will my portrait arrive?
We offer free tracked shipping. Our current estimate is 2–4 days until your portrait is ready to ship, with arrival around 7–13 days after ordering, depending on your destination. Check the estimated dates on this page and our shipping policy. Need it for a special date? Contact us before ordering.
What if I’m not happy with my portrait?
Your portrait is backed by our 100% Artwork Satisfaction Guarantee. Contact us with your order number and tell us what needs attention so we can help. If your portrait arrives damaged, include photos of the item and packaging. Please see our refund policy for the applicable terms.
How do I care for my glass portrait?
Handle your portrait with care and gently remove dust with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and protect the glass from knocks or drops.
