All four pieces are personalized using photos of one pet and designed as one coordinated collection. We may crop, adjust, or remove photo backgrounds to suit each item.

Measurements are approximate. The final shape and proportions of photo-shaped items may vary with your pet’s portrait. Print positioning and colors may also vary slightly due to customization and screen settings.

Yes. Your pet may be carefully cropped and the original background removed or adjusted to create the best result for each item.

Choose your photos based on how you would like your pet to appear in the finished items.

• For a head-only or close-up design, upload a clear, well-lit close-up photo with your pet’s entire face, eyes, and ears visible.

• For a full-body design, upload a sharp, well-lit photo showing your pet’s entire body clearly from ears to paws.

Avoid blurry photos, screenshots, filters, heavy shadows, or images where important features are covered. If you would like different crops for different items, please explain your preferences in the Designer Instructions box.

Every Forever Beside Me™ Pet Keepsake Bundle is custom-made using your pet’s photos. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for personalization and creation before your order ships.

Estimated delivery takes approximately 5–11 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Because every Forever Beside Me™ Pet Keepsake Bundle is personalized and made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once personalization or production has begun, we may no longer be able to change or cancel the order.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

If any item in your bundle arrives damaged during transit, we’ll replace the affected item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can assist you.
