Choose a clear, front-facing photo taken in good lighting. Make sure your pet’s face and ears are fully visible and not covered by objects, filters, or heavy shadows.

Every Pawlight Portrait™ is custom made from your photo. Please allow 2–3 business days for creation before your order ships. Estimated delivery takes approximately 5-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Because every Pawlight Portrait™ is personalized and made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once artwork creation or production has begun, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If your Pawlight Portrait™ arrives cracked, broken, or damaged during transit, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can assist you.
